Allow me to introduce myself: before embarking on this entrepreneurial adventure, I served as the Director of Development at REDF, a venture philanthropy dedicated to investing in and advising employment social enterprises. During my tenure, I spearheaded the strategy that secured $100 million for our current five-year plan. My passion for addressing and eradicating social issues has led me to hold leadership positions with esteemed organizations such as the ACLU of New York and the New York Mission Society. My journey began in market research and consumer insights at Procter & Gamble, laying the foundation for my multifaceted approach to entrepreneurship.
With a BS and MBA from Florida A&M University and an MS in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, I am deeply rooted in education and empowerment. As a proud Rattler and third-generation HBCU graduate, I draw upon my diverse experiences to empower others to reach their full potential. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, I now split my time between my hometown and the vibrant streets of New York City. Outside of business, I find joy in my roles as a new mother, a devoted wife, and an unwavering supporter of the Memphis Grizzlies.
