I'm Chasity Monroe, founder of Pink Noire Beauty Supply & Cosmetics, the only Black woman-owned beauty supply store in Memphis, TN. I’ve built a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio across NYC, NJ, PA, and TN, launched a thriving beauty brand with a luxury hair care line, Raw Indian Extensions, and spa services, and successfully raised millions in funding as a professional fundraiser. With degrees from Florida A&M University (BS, MBA) and Columbia University (MA), I’ve mastered the art of business growth, branding, and financial strategy.
